The Douarnenez Bay Public Management and Development Facility (EPAB) is a joint union that includes EPCIs from the SAGE territory of Douarnenez Bay, Finistère. The facility is responsible for implementing actions related to the protection and recovery of water quality and aquatic environments. One of the objectives of this scheme is to reduce the risk of pollution of coastal waters by micropolluants, hazardous substances and macro-waste.
